It was right on the Vegas strip and nearly near everything to see in the city. The staff were helpful in dealing with unexpected problems and fulfilling minor requests quickly. I didn’t understand why the shower stall had no door to keep the floor from getting wet. Also some of the plugs of lights were damaged and not working properly.

I've never stayed at Harris but i will definitely stay there again. Room were very clean and had a wonderful smell. The hospitality was so friendly. The only dislike was no coffee pot or microwave. Ann the bell lady was very friend friday when we checked out. When we arrived the bellsman was very very friend i think his name was Bufred or something like that he was from Louisiana. Thank all very being kind and taking pride of your casino

The property is in a nice central location on the strip. Easy walking to other properties. The resort fee should be reviewed on a regular basis.... especially if you don't use the parking, the pool is closed, there is only access for only 2 people to use the internet and we had 3 people in our room. I feel that we didn't use our $72/day charge. Also, we had to request fresh towels each day, not once did anyone come to clean the room. The wifi and internet was terrible in all the Ceasar's properties. When we were in the casinos, and even in our room we were unable to send texts or emails on our LTE connection. we also didn't see many staff that seemed happy, we felt like we were imposing when asking for something. Overall, not sure we would stay again.

We booked room cleaning and the service didn't show till 8:00pm and didn't clean the room. We were charged "resort fees" after we checked out.

Parking very confusing. Long check in time. Air conditioning wouldn't turn off. Noticed dirty bathroom floors dirty head board dirty bathroom door and behind sink. City view was bad and had view of roof top and construction.

Our stat was not the best. First issue was the room I book was not what I got. I book a one queen sized bed, i got two twin size beds and one had a sink in it. The second issue is that house keeping never clean our the 3 nights we stayed there. I haf to call to get towel and let them know I ask for room services when we checked in but got none. Third issue they didn't have a lot of restaurants to choose from like the other hotels.
