This was our first trip to Vegas. We enjoyed the sunrise view over the mountains from our room, the fitness centre, and the pool. We saw a few shows - Mad Apple and Shin Lin were our favourite. The tram was handy as was the Deuce bus for going further down the strip. Our room was nice and the bed comfortable. Great value for your money.

AT 1PM TOLD SAME THING. AT 250 PM CALLED CUST SERVICE. THEU DAID I WAS CHECKED IN BUT APP WAS DOWN SO GO TO DESK. I COUNTED 89 PEOPLE AHEAD IN LINE . How the elevator moves sideways to the shape of the pyramid. Yet they need some attention, the baggage readers did not work on some of the elevator. Wires where visible and doors would open halfway, you had to push them open.

The Egyptian theme was nice, but facilities were dirty and outdated. There was dog feces in several spots IN the casino. We could never get anyone on the phone and housekeeping had no wash clothes and threw out our food.
