You get what you pay for.

Well first, the property is a little outdated. But the rooms are quite large. The rooms did not have a coffee machine, or microwave. And bath/shower water does not get hot! Its warm at best. Also, the rooms are not very sound proof. You can hear everything from upstairs and outside. But it wasn't all bad. The location was great, and so was the service. They have a decent restaurant as well.

I wasn't expecting a five-star hotel, but the room had a big area where a couch probably should have been, the carpet was slightly pulled up and loose and dirty, the fridge did not cool at all that was still loud, the bed was springy and really firm and hard around the Border, it was easy to hear people about us and outside, and the tub trained really slowly during a shower, making it hard to clean and not enjoyable for back to back showers between guests. Check and stuff was nice and friendly and it was actually smooth. Plenty of parking, please kind of smelled like smoke, but we're still alive, so that's good!

This hotel is cheap. So if that’s all you care about then book it. But it’s in a terrible location. About a 30 minute walk to the strip or 10-$20 USD uber ride. The area is not safe to walk at night. Rooms were dirty, bathroom was mouldy and even though we were in a smoke free room the room still stank of cigarettes. Pay a few extra dollars and go to circus circus. Atleast you will be ok the strip.

Great budget stay for solo traveler

Stayed here for a convention, easy walk to convention center, buying monorail pass is a cheatcode. Great budget stay, room was big and clean, no smells. Strong shower pressure, fridge in room, had pool view. Was not noisy or sketchy, security was always around. Great staff all around. ATM only $2.50. Resort fees only $5. 2 happy hour's a day. Would stay here again.
