Our family had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers. The hotel is conveniently located on the strip - walking distance to shops, casinos, and events and the pick-up for tour buses. The rooms were clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The check-in was efficient and polite, and check-out was quick. We look forward to staying at the hotel again in our next visit to Las Vegas.

The hotel is about half a block from the Las Vegas strip. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large and stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. It's a non smoking hotel. There are washing machines for guest use. A business center is also available for your printing needs. Overall it was a great stay!

Wonderful aside from timeshare push
Booked last minute after a horrible experience at Circus Circus - what a wonderful breath of fresh air we had at the Hilton Polo Vacations club. Clean, smelled great, beautiful decor, friendly staff, amazing location - a hidden gem! The only downside was the push to attend a timeshare presentation. We agreed to attend in exchange for tickets to the Shark Reef Aquarium. We then asked if one parent could stay with our 2y/o to nap instead of attending the presentation. They were a bit pushy - suggested multiple times to skip the nap, just pat the baby throughout the presentation, or let the baby cry as 90 minutes wasn’t that long.. when we insisted that wasn’t going to work for our family, they let us know we would be charged $40 if we didn’t all show up. So we cancelled the timeshare presentation, but it was not an easy process to do so. Aside from that, everything about our stay was amazing!

Good location. 2 minute walk to strip. Nice having kitchen and fridge. Rooms were solid. Not most comfortable. Bathroom needs updates. Low flow shower head and old school tub. My small balcony had no real view.

I could have given 5 stars if there is self parking in the building. Valet parking is inconvenient. I was loading the suitcases to my car in the outside lane, and within minutes one of the guys asked me to rush and finish, and then he reversed his car in front of mine from the other side to park and left, block way for me to go out.

Average hotel in a great location within walking distance of most attractions on the strip and multiple casinos. Customer service was excellent and they make sure you have any amenities you may need. Hotel is nothing special but it is a great place to spend your first time in Vegas exploring the strip. I would recommend if you are looking for a lower cost option that is an average Hilton experience right on the Vegas strip.
