In town for a Conference

I stayed 2 nights while in town for a conference. The room was just as described. It was a very comfortable room and very clean. It is about a 10-13 minute walk to the strip and there is a skywalk to MGM Grand. Would stay here again.

Girls Trip

The room was perfect and the view was all the bright lights. The pool was a great place to hang out with my friends while we enjoyed some food and drinks. I also really appreciated the Security and the safety as a group of women travelling together. Highly recommend.

Great Unit!!!

Wonderful stay! Upon entering you could smell that the unit was freshly cleaned. Love that the carpet had been replaced with laminate wood flooring. Headboard was also updated. Unit was neat and very clean and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was amazing! I stayed in a unit in Tower 2 last year and this unit was definitely updated and better cared for. Would definitely stay here again. I didn’t need the landlord but I received messages that showed he was available and ready to help if needed. Highly recommend.

Beautiful View

This was the place we needed. It has a huge shower and separate jacuzzi tub which made it easy for the wife and I to get cleaned up for a night on the town. And when we came back, there was the balcony that we were on, and stared out at the city lights! Super convenient to the MGM Grand, restaurants, and the Strip!

Truly an Epic Stay!

This was the perfect place for my husband and me.It was clean, spacious, had a lovely view and last but not least, a fridge with a stovetop to prepare meals. All staff members were very helpful, professional and kind. I loved the fact that it was connected to the MGM Grand, but yet we had the privacy we wanted at the Signature. It was quiet since there was no casino nearby. It was definitely worth the money.

Great location and wonderful unit

Very clean room. Great location in Tower 1 made it easy to get to the monorail, the MGM lazy river/pools, as well as the strip. James was quick to reply when we had a question. Even with 4 people, it had enough room that it didn't feel cramped. I hope to have the opportunity to stay in this location again, it was perfect for us.

The MGM Signature Tower 1 is the Perfect Place to Stay. Easy to Access all the Amenities at MGM. This Property is on the Upper Penthouse Floor and was Clean and Roomy. Best of Both Worlds all the Features of a Hotel at a Much Lower Price than Staying at the Hotel.

Great location and size of room

I booked this room because my husband and I were coming into town to meet up with our 24-year-old son. Our so slept on the pullout couch and it was comfortable. We slept on the king size bed which has a traditional boxspring/mattress. I have chronic back pain and I slept comfortably in the bed. I also booked the room for the Jacuzzi tub. I used it two times because of my back issues. It worked well. We use the valet parking every day. I like the location of this property because it is walking distance to the main attractions, but still far enough away from the noise. We stayed for three nights over St. Patrick’s Day weekend/college basketball finals.

Everything and more!!!

The impeccably tidy room boasted a breathtaking view, complemented by the thoughtful addition of a Nespresso machine. The suite, situated on the top floor, was fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, a toaster, and even a blender. Its prime positioning afforded us the luxury of watching the F1 race from the balcony. Without a doubt, we'd eagerly choose to stay here again.

Excellent Service From Host

When we arrived there was a glitch in the property system and they had removed us from our reservation. A quick call to James and he had if fixed within 10 minutes! We got checked in and had access to our room! He then followed up with us via text to make sure all was good and we were settled in. Oh, did I mention: this was at 10:00 pm. 10/10 would stay again! Property is beautiful, pool area is 18+ and quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to MGM grand casino, all indoors through walkways. Easily one of our best weekends in Vegas to date!
