Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. For example, there is hardly anywhere to eat their largest restaurant closed and they haven’t opened it. Their nicest restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday. I do not understand why they have tons of slot machines with no one there and many people standing to wait at the blackjack table. We were there for basketball games. The exiting from the games was extremely unsafe. They blocked escalators that could’ve been used for exiting the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke is throughout the place. The lobby signage is extremely poor such that you’re constantly asking for directions. Hot water is so hot It’s a scalding hazard. They have a $46 a day resort fee that is supposed to cover the pool use which is closed. Calling this place resort is an insult to resorts. When you arrive early, they want $40 to let you in your room before 2pm. They serve wine and water glasses. There is no coffee in the rooms When do you go downstairs to buy coffee you can’t put it on a room charge. The toilet in the bathrooms could be separated from the sink, but it appears the door is missing. You can hear every word from people speaking in the hallways. They have this ridiculous security at the elevators where you wave your room key at someone who can’t tell it from a credit card. You pay for the Wi-Fi through the resort fee, which is extremely slow then they ask you to pay for a higher Wi-Fi rate.

Everything you need

Orleans has everything you need. Clean comfortable rooms, good food on the grounds, entertainment, bowling, movies and shows, a nice arena for sports, and a very reasonable price. I like the location too

Amazing stay! In Las Vegas! Its off strip and the room was clean and the bed was comfy, couple of strange occurrences on property with customers that police shown up and streets not on property but side walks filled with hookers, walking up and down the street, but the room and staff are amazing.

Even though the Orleans is one of the more mature properties in Vegas, it is well kept, with ample security, as well as spacious, comfortable rooms. The property also offers reasonably easy access to and from parking, making it less of an adventure to get to than hotels on the strip

Property was clean, but the air was smoky all the time. I arrived just before midnight. The casino, registration area was empty, but the smoky air was still pungent. All my encounters with the front desk staff were less than ideal. Each person seemed short with me.
