I’m call 3 days in advance to let hotel know I wanted a room on first floor close to back door . I got there and they didn’t have a room ready and it was after 3. I spoke to mgr to reserve the room . I could see not having the room if this was my first time to stay here !! But I’ve stayed here many many times . And then to top it off they started knocking on my door before 11 saying housekeeping. … Really !!! I love the location of the hotel and in the past have always been treated very we by staff. I’m just disappointed with mgr at this point !!

The rooms are noisy, could od hear people talking next door & people stomping above. Rooms are set-up in an odd way. Cant really lay in bed & watch TV. Things in room were broke. Breakfast was sub-par

The property looks new, and everything about it is clean and inviting. The front desk staff was very helpful in offering shop locations. The included breakfast was typical of most. The suites were spacious, and the cost was well below other similar accommodations.
