Our stay happened to coincide with Mayfly mating season, which was a real show of nature. Every surface of every single thing was covered in them. While this is not the proprietor’s fault, and is pretty harmless of an issue, potential customers should be aware, as it could stifle your enjoyment and use of the property pretty dramatically. The private beach and water access is obviously the crowning jewel in the property and was AMAZING! The house itself is as advertised, which is to say clean and lovely, but very small. This wasn’t a big issue as we spent all our time outside, however having any more than one child in the space could become challenging for some. I found the current property manager, which for some reason I am not allowed to name - to be somewhat curt, but everyone is allowed to have a personality.
Overall, while I don’t think the property fits our needs for another visit, I do think that most people and families can have a wonderful time at this property, and I do recommend a stay here.
