The service was good but the room was on a middle floor and the people upstairs were running around until 11:00 pm. We could hear the tv in the next room all night. The heater was consistently turning on and off wich made it very hard to keep the room at a comfy temperature.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean…
Well, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You are able to rent movies at the front desk for $5, which is good - because the TV only had 20 of the 100 listed channels working & intermittently at best. When I asked at the front desk I was asked if wanted a TV guide. I explained I just wanted to know which channels on the list worked. I was told “everything but the sports channels” when I advised that I get the sports channels but not the other channels I received a shrug. After rebooting the coax splitter behind the TV, I was able to get 46/100 channels. The HVAC was on its last legs. At startup it would make a loud constant tink tink tink sound of metal on metal - so we used the fireplace in the room and kept the window cracked. Having hot water was random - sometimes we had it other times none. The first morning we received a call from the front desk asking if we had checked in… The one morning when we were relaxing in the room there was a voltage drop occurring on the property, as all the lights where pulsing. The day we were leaving the door handle to the 3rd floor elevator area was almost falling off. This place gives a vibe of understaffed and/or underfunded maintenance. Breakfast was okay - you select a frozen breakfast sandwich or cereal, yogurt, granola bar, and small juice. If you are staying multiple days make sure to stop by the office to make your selections the night before. Downtown is a short 10 min walk - so that was handy.

Part of the booking said they had a morning breakfast buffet included. Waffles, pancakes, eggs bacon etc. they did not. If this was included in price, then we didn’t receive our value for the booking. They only had a ticket order style microwaved breakfast sandwich and we had to ask for tickets each day.

It was very expensive for a very cheap room. The heater did not work consistently, I paid $20 per night for a rollaway bed that felt like it was very near to falling to pieces on top of $300 per night for two queen beds. Hard tile floor without any way to protect from or wipe off snowy muddy boots. The breakfast option was not even worth picking up (a little box of cereal and a granola bar). For being in Leavenworth I wasn't surprised at having to pay so much but I was a little disappointed at the quality.

No hot water in the shower?? 3 nights of cold showers. Water got shut off during stay. Breakfast was basically a lunchables. Parking sucked. I could barely get out of the parking garage because the ice was so bad on the road. The beds are seriously uncomfortable talk about sleeping on a rock. Staff is nice.

Comfy bed, big room. We were on the third floor, and there was an elevator. Breakfast is included, and you can either grab it at reception or have it delivered. Breakfast was a bag with cereal or a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin, juice (apple, orange, or water), yogurt (peach or strawberry), and a NutriGrain bar (or something similar). Nice and helpful people at the front desk. Easy walk to town, and it's quiet. Beautiful Enchantment park has easy walking trails right behind the hotel.

Thanksgiving in L-town
We had a wonderful visit with our adult children on Thanksgiving. We had rooms next door to each other. Both rooms were very clean and spaccious . Our had 1king bed and a beautiful fireplace, and the kids had two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The heated outdoor pool was a nice bonus as well.
