Nice clean room with big bathroom and stuff were helpful. Good position near the station and not far from centre. Lots of interesting things to see is walking distance. Lots of pubs and restaurants around. đ
The room was nice and clean, and the staff were courteous. Disappointed there was no USB charging point, but this was a minor point, as was the toilet flush which was a bit of a hit and miss, (not reported) but we were only there for one night and we would certainly book a stay there again, just for it's central location.
Great value for money, clean, comfy bed, great shower with lots of hot water and 11am check out. Good location but very noisy with structural works going on outside at the train station - take ear plugs and you'll be fine :)
The room needs some refurbishing, it looks a bit shabby. No toilet brush available.
On the positive side, itâs central and near the station, the Trinity and the Christmas Market.
Nothing good. They banged on about being family run hotel but stuck 65+ single woman in horrendously noisy room and was told by worker they'd quiet rooms 10th floor! Noisy all night. Place needs refurbishment but things worked. Couldn't wait to get out. Paid FAR TOO MUCH for this place whose only good point is near station. Swiping credit card in case of damages more an indication of what clientele stays there. Never again.
It's a budget hotel so I had relatively low expectations, rooms a small, dated but meet our needs for our stay with the exception of water pressure making it virtually impossible to shower. Location is great, close to the station, Trinity shopping, restaurants and bars. All staff were pleasant, helpful and welcoming.
