For a Marriott I was a little disappointed. No coffee machine in the room, the iron leaked water into the electrical connection at the back of the iron, so very dangerous. Told reception who said they would replace it and didn't, so I physically took the iron to reception the following morning and told them to throw it in the bin, they then replaced the iron. No shoe cleaning kit in the room, just felt like a slightly posher Premier Inn.

Ok for a quick overnight

The hotel is nice, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Not much advice prior to arrival on where to park or if they offer any parking discount. The room was clean. Very corporate and smelled of very strong cleaning fluid which wasn’t very nice. The pillows were terrible and there were no extras and the duvet was lumpy. Otherwise ok.

Wonderful hotel!

As per usual, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The quality of the rooms is excellent and we've returned back to the hotel three times in the past six months. The location is fantastic for travel and right in the middle of everything you would need e.g. shops, museums etc.

had the loveliest stay here! hotel is very central, didn’t have to walk very far. parking is half price at the trinity car park which is a short walk to the hotel. would highly recommend!

Location is excellent and we was warmly welcomed by the reception team.. the hotel is in a fantastic location and really enjoyed our stay there.. a big let down was the noise coming from a disco/nightclub that was pretty loud even though we was located on the 4th floor but at the front of the hotel.. breakfast was good but overpriced.. especially as it was a buffet.. we would stop there again
