Our go to hotel in Leeds. High quality, clean & well appointed with the perfect location. Add to that the most important feature…the staff. A team that treats you & each other like extended family. Shout out to the very pleasant young man who checked us in, tall, dark, plus Claudia, Nuna & Nicki who all made our visit extra special. Special shout out to the ever present Paul….present when not even in the building, who was instrumental in helping with my wife’s birthday celebrations. Thank you Paul. The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was nice too with a fair range of options. But I had one of the worst sleeps I've ever had at a hotel here. All night long you can hear very clearly the music from bars/clubs etc, and drunk guests coming back at 3-4am continously screaming in the hallway. Maybe I should've made a complaint at the time but I was trying to get what little sleep I could. I understand you can't help music from clubs but the thin windows made the room freezing too. Felt like a rip off for the price.

Overall a great stay, checkin, room and staff all great. The only negative was the stairs! My husband is not a fan of a lift so he uses the stairs. They were not very well signposted so it was a mystery tour for him

Hotel room was lovely and the beds super comfy! However didn’t sleep at all due to noise inside the hotel & coming from near by clubs/bar. I think staying mid week here is probably fine but weekends the area is just very noisey. Location otherwise good as it’s right by train station and lots of shopping!
