The only non-stellar portion of this hotel is the restaurant. They were out of chicken nuggets and the French fries were not edible. The rest of the hotel including the staff and room was exceptional.

I've been coming to stay at this hotel for almost two years every 3 months and I still can't belive they won't let me check in early and have a late check out. It's very inconvenient since my flight is latter at night. I might just have to look for a different hotel. 😔

Hotel needs major maintenance/updates

When I go to León, I always stay here because of the location and the pool. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed this time. The hotel needs some serious updates and maintenance; the shower leaked, the temperature was very cold in the rooms (I booked three rooms), the door’s lock was broken, etc.... I hope the hotel management goes through some serious renovations because I like this hotel, but I’m afraid I won’t be staying here anymore.
