Awesome Bayview
The views are awesome! The rental was very clean a roomy with all the amenities. Walk out the door to the beach. From sun up to sun down, grest place to stay and relax. Very close to all. Restaurants, parks, boardwalk.

The property was beach front and the house was a bit dated. We rented it for the week, but unfortunately had to leave mid week as the beds were very uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep and the A/C unit was insufficient to reach the bedrooms.

Perfect Location, Great place.
This place was perfect for me and my two girls (8 and 10). True to the pictures and charmingly decorated. As some mentioned before some of the furniture (particularly 1 twin bed) could be updated, but it didn’t bother us. The building is on the beach side corner of a public beach parking lot. Everybody else has to pay and walk a bit but the private doorfront parking made us feel like VIP. The beach was busy on the weekend but much quieter during the week. We loved how close the beach was (steps) and the location is perfect for biking into Cape Henlopen park also. Just very convenient to everythjng . Quick in and out of Lewes for day trips to movies, Rehobeth, shopping, etc. The wifi was strong and critical for days when I wore my girls out by 2pm. iPads hooo! Air conditioning was strange in that a pretty large unit needed to run almost nonstop to keep temperature. Kitchen was well equipped for everyday cooking. Keureg was nice. Water in the unit gets very hot and the shower pressure was fantastic. Bike rack outside and security cameras watching over them was nice. The hosts were above and beyond. They offered to bring all of our bags in (I declined!) and left some thoughtful welcome gifts. When we found the outdoor hose needed repair, I let Paul know via text and no joke he fixed it within 10min of my text. Overall a great little rental and nice and responsive owners. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Condo
My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was nice having Paul meet us at arrival to show us the condo and answer any questions. We definitely felt we could reach out with any questions or concerns during our stay (we ended up having neither). If you need to be in a super cool environment to sleep, this may not be the condo for you. The AC does a great job cooling the living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms are warmer and have standing fans in them. We didn’t mind the temperature with the fans running at night. The twin bedroom was warmer than the master. The location of the condo is perfect! You walk right out and are steps to the beach. It was nice for our younger daughter.

The access to the beach is unmatched. The amount of space is ideal and comfortable for a family of 4. Love this place so much that we booked it 2 summers in a row. Cost is amazing! Don’t hesitate! You will not regret it!

Pros: great communication, couldn’t ask for a better host, location and view Cons: extremely uncomfortable beds and furniture, other occupants are rude. Came down to give a guest my extra parking pass within a minute of their arrival and was screamed at by another tenant. No tvs in bedrooms/ 3 channels on tv in living room. Air conditioning is in need of an update. Very warm in bedrooms even with following instructions of leaving remote in bedroom.

The proximity to the beach cannot be beat! This was my 4-year olds first trip to the beach and she said she wanted to live there forever. Would stay here again, and have already recommended to others.

Location! Location! Location!
This beachfront condo was the perfect location...just step out the door and on the beach! Also has a great direct view of the beach/bay from the balcony. Lots of other things to do within just a couple miles. Looks exactly as portrayed in the listing...very clean and neat, with very spacious bedrooms. I appreciated the starter products (toilet paper, dish detergent, etc.) A large air conditioner is located in the living room, but it was a bit tricky trying to get the bedrooms cooled. Would suggest each bedroom have its own small window unit. Thanks for a great, relaxing vacation! Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Can't beat the location
We had a fabulous weeklong stay! Right on the beach, very clean apartment, easy check in, and no problems during our stay. The location of this rental is convenient to Lewes and Rehoboth. It was wonderful to be on the beach with a youngish family- we were able to lunch at the condo and walk back out for more fun. We will be back!

Great for families with small kids
The condo was a perfect size and in a great location for families with small kids. We had easy access to the beach, bike path, and short drive/bike to town. It was clean and had all mentioned amenities. Paul was quick to respond to any issues. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking is that it is located in the middle of a fairly large public beach parking lot. The building is surrounded on 3 sides by parking. This did not interfere with the stay however, as it was still very peaceful in the morning and evening, and the views from the balcony were lovely.

What an amazing stay in Lewes!!
My family loved the location of staying in Lewes on the beach! The hosts were amazing and so responsive! The condo had all the necessities including a washer and dryer that we did not know if we would have but were so happy to use. The proximity to Rehoboth was perfect! So good we are coming back next summer!

Beautiful, clean, and near the Beach, this was an ideal place for a family of 4-5 people. The owners, Dawn and Paul were especially gracious. We enjoyed it very much and couldn't have asked for more.
