We love staying here however the water pressure coming out of the sink in room 412 was ridiculous. The pressure in the shower was fine however the tub wouldn’t drain unless you held the drain button the whole time while showering. We love staying here however this room needs attention.

At this point, I have stayed here a few times and I’m really not sure how this property continues to stay open. Even the check-in procedure is more than bizarre. if you stay at the hotel on a Sunday or Monday you basically walk into a closed dark restaurant to enter/exit. there are no real options for dining or drinking during most mornings/evenings. when you ask the staff for any type of assistance, they seem bothered. It’s really just a mess all the way around. the rooms look like a lightly converted assisted living facility. The individual air conditioning units that they have in each room are loud and create an inconsistent temperature. I’m just really not sure what the vibe is supposed to be in this space.

A nice clean and modern room with Malin Goetz products being a welcome touch! Free parking also great. Downside was 7am construction works literally outside our room, restaurant closed for several days and the gym was very hot with temperature unable to be changed.

I LOVED our stay here. It was only about 5 minutes away from Rupp, and was perfect for our needs. The staff were so friendly and professional. Martha is an absolute gem; she made staying here such an enjoyable and comfortable experience. The decor is absolutely adorable. It was perfect!
