Our choice of essentially second-hand decoration, inspired by Japanese wabi sabi, values ​​accidents and the passing of time & a certain simplicity/serity. Our table d'hôte is 100% homemade, sustainable or organic and local cuisine with our organic market gardener located in our village. We also use edible, aromatic flowers, vegetables and fruits from our vegetable garden depending on the season.
