Schöne 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung in Ferienanlage
Das 2-Zimmer Appartment ist sehr schön mit großem Balkon und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen und einfach nur auf die grüne Ferienanlage geschaut oder dort gefrühstückt oder zu Abend gegessen.Die Lage ist insgesamt ruhig. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen fliegen immer wieder Flugzeuge nahe an der Ferienanlage vorbei. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, zumal Lihue keinen regen Flugbetrieb hat. Für uns war das eher spannend.Die Ferienanlage hat einen Pool und ist direkt am Meer gelegen, was wir aber weniger genutzt haben. Durch die zentrale Lage bei Lihue ist man schnell an allen Orten der Insel, was für Unternehmungen und Wanderungen sehr hilfreich ist.

Up 29 Stairs, But Worth It!
Very central location, just a few miles north of the airport. Great communication. 1980s (?) property. We thought we wouldn't miss any air conditioning in the living area, but we did, and this was January. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Home Away From Home: Paradise Found
Our stay at this condo, hosted by Robert, was absolutely magical from the moment we first stepped inside last year, and then again this year!!! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable - and fully equipped! Robert is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive to our needs, and goes way above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Kauai is a breathtaking island, and this condo has served us as the perfect base for our adventures. Thank you, Robert, for sharing your beautiful paradise- out home away from home for always! A little bit of everything
3rd floor unit with great view of pool and pond. Unit very clean and well appointed. Bed and Murphy bed very comfortable with a/c in bedroom and fans for living area. Enjoyed the lanai in AM and evening, condo pool during day. Beach for sunrise and resort pool and tiki bar as well. Great location to access from Kapaa to Waimea Canyon before we headed to Princeville .Communication with owner and manager quick and responsive!. Close to Walmart, Costco and grocery stores to stock up!!

Our stay at Robert's place was great. It was close to a great pool with hot tub. There was a great view of the beautiful courtyard and pool. The Lihue location is central to anything you would want to do on Kauai

Propert was nice, pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Location was very good because it was equal distance to north side and south side of the island. Very close to the airport. If we had one complaint our bed was not very comfortable as we both have bad backs.

Lovely condo near beach and Lihue
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The complex is right next to Lydgate Beach Park, so just a couple of minutes walk from the condo. It's a long sandy beach, with very few people, and great for walking. It's about a 10 minute drive to Lihue (Safeway, Target, Costco, airport, and a bunch of restaurants), so the location is very convenient. Robert, the host, was very responsive. He notified us that the dishwasher was broken before we arrived, and it would take several weeks to replace -- this is generally true for large appliances on Kauai currently. Tom, who replaced the dishwasher, has been taking care of the condo for years, and was great to work with. We are looking forward to coming back!

As the title states it is comfortable and quiet. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. The overall rating would have been given 5 stars if there was central air conditioning. The a/c in the bedroom kept the room cool and comfortable for sleeping. It would have been more convenient having a functional refrigerator in the kitchen instead of in the dining area.

Slice of paradise!! Perfect location! Everything we needed!
This is a very comfortable property. It has everything we’ve needed, including beach, chairs, boogie board, beach towels, and nearby swimming pools. It’s very centrally located on Kauai close to everything yet quiet and away from any hustle and bustle having two bathrooms is a bonus. The lanai is a wonderful place to have breakfast and cocktails. The only thing I would change is to air condition the whole living space. Having the bedroom air-conditioned helps, but it was still pretty hot in the living room area. In August, the beach area is not really swimmable, but still a great place to hang out. Being able to use the resort facilities, right next-door is quite a bonus loved it! Will definitely try to come back to the property, if not the same unit.

Great Place and Location
We enjoyed are stay at Robert's home in the Kauai Beach Villas. First, the location is excellently placed on the island; walking distance to the beach, 5 miles from the airport, and around 90 minutes to the furthest most point going north and west. The condo was very clean and was accurately described. We liked the fact that beach chairs and towels and other items were available for our many excursions to the beaches. Access to the condo was easy and the grounds were well manicured. We highly recommend this condo when planning your Kauai vacation.
