So many problems with our rooms. First room was the wrong room type with only one bed ( requested two beds. That rooms refrigerator was leaking water all over the floor. We called and asked for a new room. They moved us to a new room but we couldn’t move into it because the door would not close. After we waited for them to fix the door we moved to that room. The new room was better but, when you used the faucet in the bathroom it ran all over the floor. As it also had bad pipping. We called and the girl just said “ do you want it fixed?” We just put a towel under it and left it.

During our short stay at Lincoln Sands, we enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Clean room, close to beach, delicious free breakfast, and a friendly staff. We had a personal emergency so we had to depart early, so we didn't get to experience the pool but the pool and hot tub area looked inviting and clean. The pool is heated which is a plus.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was musty smelly. Room had used wash cloths under sink, bobby pins on the floor food and used water bottles on the deck. Coffee pods not refilled. When we check in he said it was his last room with a view so we just got blankets from the car and slept on top of them on the bed.

The beds are different. Uncomfortable for sure. We stayed in the king queen room with kitchen. Horrible. The king bedroom is in the wayyyyy back by walkway. Couldnt open curtain or window. Kitchen supplies few. Wouldn't stay again.

Right on the ocean! Very friendly staff, complimentary smoked salmon chowder and cookies at 5pm, free breakfast in the morning, nice pool, clean grounds, super comfortable bed, clean room and it was pretty quiet. We would stay here again next time we're in Lincoln City!

This was my second time staying here. I enjoyed my first stay, my second stay was just ok. I did not realize that part of the hotel is old and the other is new. Just make sure when you book to book the rooms that are newer, my first stay was in one of the newer rooms, my second stay was one of the older rooms. I would suggest the hotel update those rooms as well. The room had a musty smell and a little run down, very big difference between the old and newer rooms. The hotel has wonderful beach access, pool, and sauna (however the sauna didn't get very hot). Friendly staff and a good selection of breakfast. I will stay here again, in one of the newer rooms.

Great little hotel.
We arrived around 2 pm, hoping for an early check in since we had a show we were going to at 5. Our room wasn't quite ready, it still needed to be inspected so they said they would call us when it was ready. We never received a call but we went back an hour later and the gentleman that checked us in at that time was amazing. He quickly checked us in so we were able to get freshened up before the show.

The service and personal touches were amazing! We were travelling with our dog and recieved a welcome package with treats and poop bags! There is even a dog relief area on one side of the property! When checking in we were also welcomed with smoked salmon chowder and cookies! There were a few bugs in our room (ants/beetles) but all the other touches compensated for that!

This hotel is well setup to enjoy time on the beach, the pool and hot tub are all in close proximity. With active kids we particularly enjoyed the fact that they could go from activity to activity without needing to go indoors. There is a foot wash and shower to manage the sand! The beach access was superb, and the breakfast and afternoon snacks made for an easy stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I wouldn’t want to stay here again because the walls are super thin and the people upstairs had their kid in the room all day and all night jumping and running. Jumping off the couch and although we would leave and come back it was constant. Staff was notified and they can only do so much. Room to the left was partying late at night and opening and closing the front door all night yelling in the hallway. It was not a good expense. Positive - room was nice and ocean front view, even while your showering you can look out the window and see the ocean. it was beautiful. at night, having the fireplace running while enjoying the sun going down.
