We had an amazing stay! Only complaint was that the hot tub was not very hot and we couldn't figure out how to turn the sauna on. Service was excellent and the breakfast was tasty!

I’d totally stay here again!
4.5 stars! My BFF and I had a wonderful time here and now I want to bring my husband. The lobby and shared communal space is cute, clean, and inviting, plus decked out for the holidays in a tasteful and tidy way. Even a Santa Claus statue graced the shared patio. The staff are friendly and professional. The only things whereI thought there was room for improvement were: 1) I wish there was softer beds and fuller pillows (though when we checked out they said we could’ve asked for a padded mattress cover), 2) A normal size table would be nice in our room too since we had a bar height counter with stools under the tv and a small side table by the lounge chairs by the window, and 3) maybe not put the coat hooks right above the wall heater. My coat was toasty warm after a few minutes of hanging there and had we not needed to leave our room, who knows what kind of disaster may have happened. I hadn’t even noticed the wall heater until I put my coat on and it was warm. Stunning view of the beach, ocean, and sunset! From room 314.

We have a pet. I booked this hotel via Expedia because it was pet friendly. But the front desk didn’t have the information about the pet. The room we booked was not available. The hotel offered us a lower class room. I didn't accept it. They then offered an upgrade (suite room) with surplus fee. We had to pay $25 for pet per night. I accepted it because i had no other choice. The next day when we entered our room, our room was not cleaned, although i tipped generously the cleaning staff in the morning. My wife found the cleaning lady and asked for some cleaning stuff like broomstick etc. And my wife cleaned our suite room by herself. The excuse of the cleaning lady was she was not feeling well. You can stay somewhere else better for this price.

We had the best stay here and the staff was exceptional! 2 off leash potty areas for dogs and there is also a sauna with the pool and hot tub. Adults only after 9pm! We will be back for sure.
