The staff at Rossio Gardens Hotel go above and beyond to help out. They're extremely patient and are helpful with directions and basically anything you need. The location is unbeatable; close to parking, train station, etc. The hotel provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the rooms, staff, location, etc was all amazing and would definitely stay there again.

The location of this property was great! Shops and dining right near by, taxi/uber pick up and drop off a block away. The staff was friendly and helped us book a private tour to Sintra. They cleaned the rooms daily and restocked complementary chocolates and waters. The only complaint I had about this property was the size of the rooms and shower. There was little space to move around the bed with our bags and the shower was tiny, but hey, we basically were in our rooms to sleep, so not the biggest concern.

Almost a good location. For the same money you are better off to get a hotel on the main avenue. We tried this one as our preferred hotel was already booked. Wouldn't stay here again.

This is our 2nd stay at Rossio Garden in 2 years. Location is excellent to walk to all “must see” areas of Lisbon. Rooms are small, breakfast is simple. Since you are on a restaurant street it’s noisy at night

Due to unfortunate accident my wife was in Sao Jose hospital nearby. I had booked 4 nights because I didn't know how many nights I would need while I navigated the Lisbon hospital system and our global travel insurance provider to get us back to Canada. I only ended up staying 2 nights but the hotel was very unsympathetic and still charged me for the 4 nights because the rate was non refundable even though I had told them on checkin that I'm here because my wife was in hospital. On check out, Front desk said there was nothing they could do. At a time of high stress this is not good customer service. Room was also small, basic and not worth the rate they charged me.
