A perfect business stay
Fantastic business stay. A very warm welcome when checking in. Great comfort food and generous portions. The chap behind the bar deserves a special mention. He sorted out a TV in the bar for me to watch the match and brough my drinks over to the table. Will definitely be staying there again.

The staff were excellent , friendly and helpful, there is however one area of concern, the gent’s toilet near the public bar and a function room were disgusting . Also the cistern in room 3 takes a very long time to fill and is very noisy.

The rooms are large, comfortable and well decorated. The personnel cover both bar/restaurant and hotel. All very friendly and helpful.

A brief stay for business. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The man at reception even came to my table in the evening to give me a print of my invoice. Food and service in the restaurant was very good and at normal hotel prices. My room was clean and well appointed. I will stay again.

Una noche para el olvido
Una pésima experiencia: nos dieron una habitación donde justo al frente realizaban la celebración de un cumpleaños. Llegamos a las 8:00 pm luego de un viaje trasatlántico al hotel y el karaoke, ruidos y risas de la fiesta terminó hasta las 11:30 pm. Aunque nos dijeron 'que el hotel estaba lleno y no podían movernos de habitación', creo que eso no era cierto pues temprano por la mañana siguiente el lugar se veía bastante vacío. No recomiendo este hotel, pues lo que pensé que sería un merecido descanso en la campiña irlandesa, se parecía más a una noche en un bar neoyorquino.

From walking in the door friendly welcome. Room was lovely we had dinner which was spot on and great value for money and delicious. Had a great night sleep wish we could stay a few days but it’s was a quick stop before a weeks camping

The hotel looks good but there are underlining signs lack of staff current staff over worked. Poor customer service. Booked through Expedia who failed to make booking which was a really inconvenient when we arrived. Not the hotel or booking platform’s finest hour. It’s ok to get things wrong but it’s how you put it right that matters and both establishments blamed each other the present customer suffers and I am putting this out there so future customers don’t have to! In a nutshell don’t use Expedia to book a hotel!
