It was okay, dated. Out door lock was broken. The carpet in the hallway stained. The toilet screamed when flushed. We had a room that did not have outside light because it was facing inside an atrium. Not our favorite place and a little desolate.

The server was racist. My mom wears hijab. When we walked to the breakfast area, the server left from her desk. Another server went and told her to give us service as she would give to anyone. She came back but wasn't happy. We were given a table and my husband wasn't very happy how she was treating us. After the breakfast, she gave us a paper to sign and she joked that I didn't need to be afraid as it wasn't a bill. I gave her tips on the paper so that she feels that she shouldn't have stereotyped and treated us poorly.

The young gentleman behind the desk was ver accommodating. We had no idea that things shut down at 10pm. Our plane was delayed for over an hour, due to no open gate. The attendant at the hotel gave us recommendations and assisted me with downloading the uber eats app.

The facility is tired and badly in need of an update. The room smelled odd, the television would not turn on, and the drain stopper in the tub would not stay open. In fairness I got in late and was too tired to notify the hotel of the issues so I can't say they were unresponsive, but I stay in a lot of hotels and this one was tired and dirty.
