Great hotel, great location.
The hotel is well located close to the railway station, The Empire Theatre and the other main attractions. We received a very warm welcome at reception and the room was warm, clean and well presented. We had a drink in the EBar which was quiet but the drinks were good and reasonably priced. We didn't have dinner there but we went down to breakfast which was buffet style and very good. The hot buffet was great and there was plenty of cereals etc. We will definitely be back.

I was a little disappointed having previously stayed at an IHG Holiday Inn in Manchester that could really not be faulted. We paid over £100 more to stay here for the night and it just was not worth it. Your biggest plus by far was the bar/restaurant area, breakfast and its staff.
