Great property and location!
Loved our stay at PeliCann Sands :) Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great alfresco area where we spent most of our time. Lots of ‘little extras’ to help with a holiday stay. Our dog enjoyed the space around the yard and the serenity.Perfect location to walk to the beach lake with our paddle boards and to the lake side walking track. Michelle was great on communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at PeliCann. The house was welcoming and we felt comfortable here whilst enjoying our short break away. The deck is a great living space to chill out, chat, eat, have your morning coffee.

We had a great time. The area is very beautiful. There aren't a lot of options for shops or restaurants but if you want to just cook yourself, it's perfect. The property had everything you'd have at home and more probably.

Weekend getaway
We had a great time at Michelle's place. Such a lovely place with everything we needed and so close to everything... no more than a couple of minutes walk to the lake, 10 mins or so to the Marina and not far from everything else. You can litterally walk everywhere from here, which we did... Michelle was one of the best hosts we have ever had who made sure everything was perfect for us and was second to none in terms of communication. I would defintely stay here again.

Quiet break in May
We loved the property and everything we needed was there. We had our 2 big hounds with us and they loved the whole area especially the walks along 90 Mile Beach. It is out of the way and very quiet during May, but that is what we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have dogs.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. Michelle was definitely the best host we ever had contact with. Her knowledge of the area and activities in the area was impressive and greatly appreciated. The house was very clean, spacious and very close to the beach. The whole family really enjoyed our time at pelicann sands. Michelle was very thoughtful even leaving a gift for us and handwritten note welcome us. There was even special doggie treats and food for our family dog Frank! Overall we were so happy with everything, we even booked this property again and planning to book over and over again! Summer 2024/25 here we come!

This house ticked so many boxes for us. That spacious verandah with a huge BBQ, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The street was so quiet and easy access to a beautiful beach just around the corner. A great place to relax and unwind.

Fully fence house for big and small dogs
Excellent house, all appliances and everything very clean. Great place for a family gateway. it is fully fence so we could relax while our mastiff and boxer run around inspecting everything. It was also very friendly place for a chihuahua visiting us.

We had a lovely stay here. The house is nice, beds are comfy, yard is big and has secure fences to keep our pup safe. Michelle has been very responsive, friendly, and accommodating from the get go. We will definitely stay here in the future.

A beautiful place to spend the vacation with family and pet
We had a great stay at Pelican sands holiday rental. Michelle was prompt in all her replies. We arrived quite late and she offered us a late checkout which was a nice gesture. The rooms and linen were clean and we had a fully functional kicthen with plenty of plates and cookware. Kids loved the cosy beds, short walks to the the lake and board games in the evening so much so that they didn't want to leave. The doggy bed in the laundry was useful and it was thoughtful to have put a wet food can for emergency. The yard was fully fenced and safe. Overall, we had a great stay!!
