A really modern hotel that has first class facilities and staff. Super clean and rooms are top class with stunning city views. Staff are second to none, very accommodating, polite and go out of their way to genuinely help. Great location with tube station only a 2 minute walk away, lots of restaurants and nightlife in the area. This hotel is a must stay in if you are looking for that little bit of luxury in the heart of London. 10/10 can’t fault a thing!

This was hotel was amazing, the room was modern, comfortable quirky and with great view from the 7th floor. The bathroom was great and the bed comfortable Breakfast was tasty, a la carte only but delicious and freshly made food. Highlight recommend this hotel

Really impersonal and disappointing.

The check-in experience was poor - our room was a double not a twin as booked then we had to wait a while for staff to remake the beds when we wanted to get ready to go out. Overall staff were uninterested and not very friendly. I explained it was my daughter’s 18th birthday but they did nothing to acknowledge this. Totally impersonal. Breakfast was not great. We were seated at a bar on high stools facing the preparation area. Staff were rude when I asked to move as it was my daughter’s birthday. Eventually they moved us to another table but we waited a long time for our food and it was brought out at different times. The couple next to us had the same - she had finished eating her breakfast for ten minutes before her partner’s was brought out! Overall terrible service. I had to remind them three times. Overall staff were rude and unhelpful.

They said they were short on cleaners and we had to wait a couple of hours for the room to be ready, along with loads of other people. It was 7pm, we had a gig to get to and had to leave the bags with the front counter. Maybe pay cleaners London living wage, if you want to be staffed.

The only issue was the breakfast staff weren’t the most hospitable and they brought all courses out at once, I’ve never had such a strange experience. I would prefer to finish my first course before the breakfast was thrown down Oh and the steam room was broken
