Pricey but worth it!
You can definitely find cheaper accommodations in London. However, with quick access and walking distance to everything one might possibly need (grocery store, restaurants, Tube and train access, even gyms) and the quality/cleanliness of the home itself, it was money well-spent. Everything about our stay was seamless: check-in, wi-fi, all appliances in perfect working order, check-out. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely do so again.

The photos glamorize the flat, but there is every necessary item one needs. Floor heat in bedrooms is very comfortable. Night time street noise is minimal. Beds are comfortable, but soft.

Great place
We had a great stay. We were there for three nights and were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything except dish towels which was not a problem. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was amazing. Were were able to get groceries at the market at Paddington Station plus tasty meat pies and sushi.

We have always stayed in the West Kensington area when visiting London, but wanted to be a bit more central this time. This apartment location was perfect! The apartment was lovely, and provided ample space for our family of four (two adults, two kids - ages 15 and 20). The 15 year old took one bedroom, and the 20 year old used the sofabed in the living room. The kitchen was spacious and we were all able to easily sit around the table to eat at the same time. The cabinets were fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, tea, etc. The online (accessed via QR code) manual for the apartment was quite handy, as UK appliances don't always operate the same as US ones. The ability to put the key in the lockbox each day was helpful, as we didn't always stay together and whomever arrived back at the apartment first could easily get in. Downsides: as with many London apartments, there is no air conditioning. However, the apartment has multiple fans available (we didn't use them, but came close as the weather got warmer each day). We have never had luck with a UK washing machine; they all claim to be combo washer/dryer units, but the clothes are anything but dry when they come out. Not only that, once the cycle starts, you can't open the door for several hours (could be many, many hours depending on the chosen cycle). As much as we have loved our West Kensington apartment (stayed there nearly half a dozen times), this Paddington apartment might be our new first choice.

Great location
The location couldn't be better, the access to the apartment is good and the host even sent me a video to show step by step how to find the key and enter the apartment. The only bad comment we have about the property is the bathtub, it is extremely difficult for a person who is not in an excellent physical condition. It is extremely high. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Location for ease of transportation system excellent. Neighborhood attractive , bottles of water in refrigerator, adequate bedding, portable fan. Negatives Steep stairs down , dryer didn’t work , garbage disposal didn’t work…resulting in odor . Clothes wet for 3 days had to dry on chairs with fan. No response for several days.

Nice but poor communication
Didn't receive our checkin instructions until last minute which was very stressful when traveling from out of the country. While the flat was nice, Guest Ready was impersonal and slow. Their 24 hr helpline is only open during day time. Would not rent here again, rather use hotel.

Decent location garden flat
Our family of four stayed at this garden flat (basement apartment) for a week. The location to paddington station was great. It’s a 20 minute walk to Notting Hill and a 15 minute walk to Little Venice. The apartment was clean (except all the coffee mugs). Plenty of towels were left for us along with some kitchen staples. The mattresses are pretty wornout and should be replaced. Overall for the cost it was fine.
