Do not use if you are vip or gold member

I am a gold member and only use my benefit when really needed . This hotel even though it days gold and vip access do not give any benefit at all and refuse to help with what you are entitled to . Staff was very rude and didn’t want to acknowledge anything, just charged me extra for everything that is already included in my vip access. Never mind I am changing hotels as I’m coming 2 times per month .

Very good price and hotel is excellent as just a short distance from Heathrow. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. I booked an accessible room and it was fine for a solo traveller albeit bathroom set for someone not fully mobile. Food was good in hotel and bar area is clean and comfortable. Definitely stay again.

Great quick stay

Very convenient for an early flight from Heathrow. There is parking and a restaurant with decent food. Only negative about the restaurant was that most of the menu was unavailable. Staff is super friendly. Quick check in and out.

Nice hotel, parking included in price meaning it feels a relatively good rate. Didn’t use any facilities so cannot comment but room was comfortable and generally clean, albeit a tad dated. Lift from parking didn’t arrive. Humped cases up stairs, sub-optimal.
