Underwhelming The hotel is very dark throughout making it feel oppressive. Bathroom facilities were poor - leaking shower, shower curtain falling off, nowhere to hang a towel. Over reliance on apps/gadgets makes it feel impersonal. Not for me

Disappointing experience for our night in London. The room was not ready for check-in, there were long queues at the check-in desks, staff were brusque and not welcoming, the kids were disappointed that there was no availability to swim as all slots were booked up. Check in was ridiculously slow, lots of staff in the desk but no one appeared to know what they were doing. Re allocating rooms as guests were stood there. Slowest check in experience I’ve ever encountered. Hotel is fabulous, very comfortable, great location, staff are friendly.

Good hotel but restaurant wasn’t open Sunday or Monday this disappointing as decided to eat in on the Sunday would have liked as jacuzzi in the hotel due to size of the hotel pool a bit cold
