Location is very good, shower was powerful and breakfast choice good. New facilities and will stay again. My only negative was I found the mattress a little soft but the bed size was great. Many thanks.

Nice hotel but confusing that there are two nearby
The hotel itself is fine for a city hotel, nice rooms, but the fact that there are two Marriott London (Tower) Bridge hotels within a few minutes of each other was confusing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, dining and housekeeping did an excellent job. They were always happy to answer any questions and assist with any needs. Excellent breakfast spread. I would highly recommend this location to others. The complimentary laundry and gym is an added plus.

Overall it was pretty good stay. Room was a bit small, also our room faced the the street which was a bit noisy with traffic. The breakfast was pretty good and give you a good start to the day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Walking distance to London Tower train station. Free laundry machines.

Terrible Terrible Terrible… my reservation was changed last minute to the sister hotel which was worst. The room was smelly, creepy and they gave me a handicap room. I will not book this hotel ever again
