Being Paddington, there’s barely a quibble!

Excellent location 5 mins from Paddington Station. Good local restaurants nearby and reasonable typically London-Priced-Hotel Bar.

Location is great, but the room is so small that you have to move your luggage to get around the room is like a shoe box, you be going to the bathroom and you can brush your teeth atvthe same time because the sink is on your face lol and the shower..... well a phone booth is bigger than the shower lol. I would recommend this room for a single traveler and i wouldn't recommend it for 2 travelers.

The hotel is very modest but excellent price for London and I didn’t need much because I was out all day about the city. The front desk staff are lovely. The Paddington area is less than five mins walk from both the train station and the tube. The front desk staff are lovely.

Great hotel near Paddington

The Royal Eagle is a great spot just down from the Paddington tube stop giving easy access to Heathrow on the Elizabeth line. They accomodated us even though we arrived well before check in time just hoping to drop bags. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. When you are there, visit the Bizarro Pizza just down the block - you will not be disappointed.

Staff and location were fantastic. Family apartment was sound proofed at the front but not so much at the rear that backed onto the British Museum. Delivery and cleaning vehicles were a nuisance at very early hours.

If you are looking for a place to sleep while you explore London, this is fine if you bring earplugs. Very noisy but like I said, bring earplugs and you're fine. Yes it's small, but if you plan on exploring the city all day, what more do you need...
