I had a terrible experience. I never received check-in instructions from the property owner before the check-in time, and when I finally arrived to the property well after the check-in, I still did not receive instructions AND could not get a hold of the host. I called Vrbo's customer service line and after being on the phone with them for an hour, they also couldn't get a hold of the property owner. I had to check-into a hotel somewhere nearby. Terrible experience, do not stay here and put yourself at the same risk!

Terrible experience

I never received check in instructions. Tried to contact host but the number was disconnected. I ended up standing on the street at night for an hour before I got a hotel somewhere else. I’m not even sure if the host exists.
