Not worth the money and service not service !!!
Will never book this hotel again ever. First at all we book the double standard room and what a surprise when we arrived tired after all day to the hotel and we been told they don’t have that type of room for us 2 adults and 1 kid,but they have twin room and if we don’t like we can get refund back !(was 11pm in night and we was with kid). We agreed to wait to made room for 3 people can sleep somewhere and ended in this room two nights,they don’t even bother to change next day for room we paid for. After we had room just before midnight as we don’t want refund in middle of night with kid to looking for another room! Be aware what you booking with this hotel. The room was with black hairs in bathroom and the spiders around. The next day we went for trip in hope,when we come back this will be clean. Not at all! The cleaning service not sure what they cleaned,just the bed and that’s all,the wet towels has been folded back to looks like they been changed,hairs still everywhere and nothing has been refilled and clean at all. Very disappointed for the price we paid for two nights with breakfast £278.00 and after we check in the price drop to £83 per night still showing double standard room. Very disappointed, ,sad as we was saving for this trip to get family nice days. Will never stay again.

Unfortunately we had no heating our room, they were aware of this because they didn’t come to our room to inspect this, i called reception 3 times and still no one, after an hour or so they bought a heater. Hospitality team were unwelcoming and rude. So overall i had a bad new year.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding our recent stay, booked through your platform. Our visit was intended to be a joyful New Year’s celebration, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues. First, upon our arrival at 3 PM, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and had to wait for 25 minutes. While we understand that the holiday season can be busy, we were surprised by the delay, especially since we had arrived at the check-in time. Secondly, the room assigned to us appeared much older and more worn than expected. We noticed visible signs of age and wear, which was a bit disappointing as it did not align with the hotel's star rating. Even the price of 200gbp per night. Lastly, after settling in, we discovered leftover food in the fridge, which raised concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. We were quite tired from our journey and didn’t notice this until a few hours later. While we understand that not every stay can be perfect, these issues impacted our overall experience. We hope that by sharing our feedback, you can help address and improve these areas for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and we look forward to the possibility of staying at a more welcoming and comfortable accommodation during our next visit.

Stay was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had towels and shampoo. The breakfast was very good, fresh baked croissants, pain au chocolat cream buns, cereals, eggs, rice, bread, fruit, juice, tea and coffee is what I can remember. Staff was good. There were 2 negatives, the light in the room was very dark, which was disappointing. We asked for an extra lamp for room but it was not provided. The lifts were slow, it would take time to move between floors.

Staff and the reservation manager were excellent. The property is next to the CFC statium, and security is very tight around the hotel.
