We've stayed here several times over the years and enjoy the convenient location and neighbourhood ambience. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable however some definitely need repairs (e.g., worn kitchen counters and mirror frame, doors). The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

Well equipped studio. Easy walking distances to Euston and Kings Cross or St Pancras stations. Also close to tube lines and bus services. Ideal place for a stay in London.

Ok bad points first, the patio studio is tiny and in the basement, patio is basicaly 2mx1 surrounded by high walls. So its a little bit suffocating. Thankfully staff were quite helpful and changed my room to the balcony one,which was more lively and brighter although i should get some refund and i didnt. Another one is a double bed, well mattress worn out and well too soft and bed was more like the portable ones very wonky. I had bad back after sleeping on this mattress. I think this shpuld be replaced with reasonable better beds. Apart of that all the rest was fine, balcony is more for decoration but you can stand on it if ypu have to. Although barriers very low so dont stand drunk in case you fall. The good points are location-basically 5 minutes walk from Euston station and amazing little gem pizza place called pizza pilgrims where they served the best puzza and spicy margarita i ever had (next to the station). So location perfect in quiet area,staff are pleasant. Thats about it i guess.

It is in an excellent location. The room I had was small but having the kitchenette was perfect. I stayed 10 days and the room was cleaned once. Not an issue for me but worth noting. There is 24 hour attendance at the entrance.

Smallest shower soap bottles ever.

Two night stay. Young lady at check in was very nice. Room was clean but only one tiny squeeze tube of shower soap for 2 people - gone after first use and no room service to replace it.

Small room with kitchenette and bathroom. I think its the smallest bathroom ive ever seen in a commercial property. It was difficult to move around in. The place is kept very clean but everything is a bit old and worn. Luckily the street was very quiet overnight as the windows are single glazed so you can hear everything.

This was a lovely little studio, my husband and I were very pleased with it. Easy to get around and the tube is a few minutes away. Liked the kitchenette and felt quite safe in the area. Check in and check out was very simple too.

Great location, a bit cramped

Things are a little cramped eg. very little space in bathroom and kitchen sink awkwardly placed to fit but overall good value for the location and very clean and quiet.
