Ceci est un spacieux et récemment rénové plat (tout est nouveau!) dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés de Londres. J'ai vécu dans cette région depuis plus de 25 ans et je suis inspiré par le style, la beauté et l'accessibilité de la région. La propriété est à 5 minutes de Hyde Park et le lac Serpentine et est servi avec d'excellentes connexions de transport tels que de nombreuses lignes de bus et 2 principales gares de Paddington et Lancaster Gate. Pour les voyageurs d'outre-mer Paddington se connecte à Heathrow via le Heathrow Express qui vous mène à l'aéroport en 15 minutes. La région est riche en histoire et très cosmopolite. Notting Hill et Portobello Market se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et le West End est à nouveau seulement 10 minutes de là. L'intérieur plat est spacieux, lumineux et confortable avec accès à un jardin patio. J'adore mes plantes et de bambou dehors, j'ai, oliviers, lauriers, palmiers et fougères arborescentes tout en aidant à créer une atmosphère de tranquillité et d'harmonie. L'appartement est à l'arrière de la maison sans bruit de la circulation donc une bonne nuit de sommeil est assuré

Awesome experience
Don't overthink it this is a fantastic place to stay. I stayed here with two friends in Nov 2024. The three bedroom and 4 bathroom layout was perfect for us. Location wise you are a bit out of the hustle and bustle but you can walk, tube, and train anywhere you want to go pretty quickly. I would stay here again if I find myself in London with a group.

Great location!
Spacious apartment with room to spread out. 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 bathrooms. Additional bedroom, living room and kitchen in basement with 2 more bathrooms! The apartment was good, but the location is GREAT! Less than 5 min walk to Paddington station which can take you anywhere in London. Close bus stations too. Sanjay was thorough and helpful. Recommended a couple walking-distance restaurants which we enjoyed (Wahaca and Victoria Inn). Had a great trip!

Fabulous and Convenient!
This apartment was perfect for a family vacation. It is spacious, has all of the amenities and was fully stocked. Its location is less than five minutes’ walk to Paddington Station, making it an easy jumping off point for the Tube or bus to all of the London sights, and very convenient for the Elizabeth Line or Heathrow Express train to/from the airport. The owner was very responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Less than 10 minutes’ walk to a large grocery store, and multiple pubs/conveniences <5 minutes away. Safe neighborhood. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and the beds were a good size. 2/3 of bedrooms have an en suite, making it great for multigenerational families. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our family of four. The kids each had their own room and bathroom on the top level and the two bathrooms on the lower level provided enough space for me and my husband to each have our own bathroom. The location couldn't be better if heading out to different parts of the city via Paddington Station. We would definitely stay again if travelling to London.

Spotless, roomy, comfy and awesome location!
A great place overall -- would definitely stay again! Nice roomy kitchen is very well appointed. Entire flat is very clean and has plenty of room for people to spread out. A two minute walk to Paddington Station. A five minute walk to a ton of pubs and restaurants. Very quiet building/neighborhood. The beds are comfortable -- all three bedrooms have American queen-size beds (note that listing says "king" but European "king" is equal to American "queen"). Property owner is very responsive to questions -- really appreciated that. Outdoor table/chairs provide a nice place to hang out in pleasant weather. Lots of fresh white towels are provided (bring your own washcloth, it's just not a "thing" in most European lodging). Small clothes washer in kitchen is a great feature (dryer has typical European performance) and there are a TON of racks/bars/hooks throughout the flat to hang drying laundry.

Location, location, location
This was property was clean and spacious. The location was so convenient to Paddington Station it was easy to get everywhere. Heathrow Express meant a super quick ride to and from the airport. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities. The only con was having only one set of keys. It just meant that we had to coordinate our outings that weren’t all together.

Beautiful property in perfect location
This was my family's visit to London and we had a great time exploring London. The flat is in a perfect location to get the tube to anywhere. The neighborhood is beautiful with tree-lined streets and well maintained buildings/flats all around. Paddington is a bustling area with daily commuters and tourists going to/from Paddington Station. However the neighborhood, and particularly this flat, are quiet and calm. We could hear the rain at night from inside (only rained twice in 5 days). The flat is well appointed and very well maintained. Completely clean and recently updated. The owner is responsive and helpful. He suggested we do one of the many London walking tours. We did and it was a perfect introduction to London. Paddington is probably my favorite part of London. This flat provided a very nice home to come back to after a day of touring and exploring all that London has to offer.

Perfect for a city trip with family and a baby!
Mingus was great! He was so responsive and his place was super convenient to paddington, hyde park, and tons of other things! It was easy to get in and out, and its really as spacious as it seems online plus some! He had what we needed (laundry with detergent, bath supplies, fresh towels) and the place was spotless and well kept. Worth the cost for what you get and the location. A bit hard to get a buggy/stroller in and out, but doable if needed. My baby slept better here than home!

Great location, ok home.
The location of the flat is excellent, very close to Paddington station and restaurants. The host is lovely, accommodating and attentive. The flat itself was ok. The house keys had been damaged prior to our arrival so it made every turn of the lock a multi-minute hassle. I hope they have been fixed by now. It is sufficiently large with many bathrooms, but the home is sparsely decorated with inexpensive cabinetry. The lower level is underground and always smelled musty and damp during our visit.

Very nice apartment with convenient location.
Very clean and nice. 3 large bedrooms and 4 baths. Did not use patio but it is nice to have. Living area and eating area were large and very nice. Not many channels. Clean and well kept. Thank you. Washing machines in England leave a lot to be desired. Very very long wait times for washing and drying. Instructions are not user friendly.

The house is very large a short distance from Paddinton Station. Local pubs and restaurants are plentiful and Paddington station is a hub for underground and buses to get around the city. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Plenty of room for five adults and great location near Paddington Station and area. Sanjay was a great communicator before and during the trip and was responsive when we had questions. Never figured out the washer/dryer but didn't really try to use it until late in our stay - definitely user error. Can't wait to visit London again!

Great London apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s location is easily accessible with a fairly long but easy walk to London Center through Hyde Park or with easy access to public transportation. The three bedrooms are private and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Sanjay was always accessible and very proactive if needed for anything. We hope to return to London soon and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. It was as-advertized. Plenty of room for family of 5. Place was well-kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you need. Best part about it was location. Beautiful, quiet neighbor. Only 1 street over from busy, bustling street with tons of great restaurants. Oh, being literally right next to Paddington train station was super convenient.

His warm hospitality and attention to detail surpassed all expectations. Sanjay's apartment in Paddington is a true gem. It offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. The cozy living space was tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen provided everything we needed when wanting to sit back and relax with a glass of wine. The comfortable bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep, and the modern bathroom was spotless. What truly set Sanjay apart was his thoughtfulness as a host. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. From providing detailed recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to offering flexibility w/ departure, Sanjay's guidance was invaluable. His genuine care and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. The location of Sanjay's apartment was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Paddington, it offered easy access to the neighborhood's charming pubs, delightful walks, and nearby attractions. The convenience of having supermarkets and Paddington Station within walking distance was a major plus, allowing for seamless exploration of London and beyond. I cannot recommend Sanjay's apartment enough. If you're looking for a cozy and stylish accommodation in Paddington, paired with exceptional hospitality, look no further.

Excellent Flat and Location!
We had a multi generational family of five stay at Sanjays flat. Sanjay had checked in with me prior to our arrival; which was appreciated as we went over any questions I had and logistics of location. The home was as pictured and very clean!!! There was plenty of space for five adults and beds were comfortable and we liked having multiple bathrooms for use. THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT!!! About two blocks from the Paddington Station, which is a big hub for the tube and can get you anywhere in London. If taking the tube is not your thing taxis and Ubers would come right to the flat to pick us up as well. It was quiet in the flat, which allowed for a good nights rest after day of touring the town. It was completely outfitted with all necessities for cooking, etc. and plenty of space to spread out if you needed some downtime from your family ;) For those trying to understand the layout of this flat…you come in from the street taking a few steps to get to the main door. It is a two level flat and on the first level are the two bedrooms - one bedroom is an en suite with shower and toilet and the other bedroom is steps away from another bathroom. There’s a flight of stairs going down where there’s another bedroom with en suite, with shower and toilet and another separate bathroom and the living area and kitchen are just down the hall. There’s a nice patio that you could use as well, weather permitting. My mother has mobility issues and uses a walker to navigate getting around. She had no issues using the stairs in this flat and we had her stay in the lower level because once down there, she could access the entire living/ kitchen area easily and only used the staircase to come and go from the the flat. I would highly recommend this flat for the location, the space and the host, are all fantastic, and we had a lovely time in London!!
