Great location, super comfy

Great hotel in an excellent location for our sightseeing visit. Staff are super friendly and the beds are very comfortable. For our next stay in London, we will be returning. Breakfast choice was great to!

Excellant location, and staff including Lima and Roshan was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the club for hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The room and bed was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the kitchette. Highly recommend this stay.

Great Staff at The Grand Trafalgar Square

Fantastic location. Easy check in and out. Helpful and informative staff. Roshan at reception was extremely knowledgeable on restaurants and places to go. He went above and beyond for us. Clean, friendly and comfortable. Will definitely stay again for a theatre trip.

I loved my short stay at The Grand at Trafalgar Square. The staff was excellent - kind, helpful, and always in good spirits. My room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful padded bay window to sit at. I definitely hope to make it back to The Grand again.

Lovely hotel and v central. We had 2 rooms, one of which had 3 people in so we used the sofa-bed but the hotel did not provide bedding for this. When asked for it to be made up it only had a sheet and blanket, so we had to ask again for a duvet. Each time our request was acted on v quickly but I would have thought that this should have been provided up front. They also forgot a 3rd towel. But the hotel has v attentive staff.
