We absolutely loved our stay at the Queen’s Gate Hotel. The staff was very friendly, we could walk to lots of great places (Hyde Park is a couple blocks away), and a few fun pubs are close. We will definitely stay there again.

We were given an upgraded room. The room was beautiful. Large bed large room large tv. Very good experience. Very nice girl working in the bar at lunch time took a great deal of time with us

Great location - only 5-10 minutes from the tube, incredibly close by multiple parks, great food/coffee, museums - and beautiful space! Clean - quick, clear and gracious service - overall a great spot.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Knowledgeable and professional staff who ensure your stay is luxurious, relaxing and memorable. Have stayed twice now and will definitely stay again. Could improve the room information provided on the TV to include restaurant timings and authorisation to view bill.

First time at the Queensgate Hotel went to see a show at the Albert Hall which was an easy walk by hotel was lovely very welcoming staff. The food was excellent and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend it.

Stayed one night as at an event at the Royal Albert Hall; perfect location near to Albert Hall. Hotel was perfect for our needs, all staff were very helpful and service to a high standard. Only minor issue, one member of staff on the bar on a Friday night with a major event at the Albert Hall; service was very slow and a number of guests gave up waiting for a drink.

This room was perfect. Overlooking the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. It certainly resembled the room we had booked via the photo, unlike the last time. It was spacious, with a good sized bed. We both slept very well. The staff, as always, were magnificent.
