Great stay!
The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was all very friendly. The neighborhood was convenient and walkable for something to eat after we checked in for the night. We'll definitely be staying again!

Pretty good experience
It was clean and well kept. A little outdated and the shower head was a little low but I’m 6’ 5”. The desk staff was really nice. The elevator made funny noises but still worked ok.

Location is great
Overall the room was clean and tidy on our first night stay. However, pillow was too flat and not firm causing us an uncomfortable night sleep. Plus, the AC unit in the room was making weird noise that woke us up in the middle of the night. The complimentary breakfast was just so-so, nothing remarkable. Its location near the Universal Studio theme park was the main reason we chose this place to stay.

I would have rated this property higher, but the water pressure was horrible! When you walk around Universal Studios all day you want to relax with a nice shower and this property fell short in that department.

Ehh, Look around unless you need free parking
This hotel was just okay at most. On arrival, they only have 1 person working the desk and with the customer ahead of us having an issue checking in, we waiting a long while before being able to get checked in. The place feels outdated as the elevator sounded like it was struggling to get up for example. Our stay was only two nights and it worked for that but not as comfortable as one would hope. The bottom sheets of the bed were stained and the shower head barely shot out any water. Only upside was free parking but there was no security to watch that and therefore felt like anyone could access the elevator and get into the hotel. Personally, wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, arrived in town earlier than expected and were nice enough to let us check in early. Very clean well maintained establishment very close to universal studios and lots of restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Fairly convenient from Universal Studios. Staff was very friendly. The pillows were uncomfortable and the shower pressure was terrible but it was fine for a place to sleep and shower. Just felt a little overpriced for 2 nights I paid $900.
