There were enough bedrooms (4) to accommodate the 5 adults and 5 children without using the living room as a place to set up extra beds. It was good to have the 4 small bathrooms for 10 people, however there were some issues with the water flowing out of one of the showers. The large living room with vaulted ceilings was the main hangout place. The furniture in there was great for the kids, but did not provide much support for those with lower back issues.
There is a separate "guest house" in the converted garage, which we did not realize would have someone we didn't know in it, though we never saw the person. Also, the pool is advertised and pretty to look at, but it costs extra and we did buy 3 hours of hot tub use. However, the hot tub started to drain when the heater was on, so it was more like 2 hours of use, so the host did not charge the full 3 hours. The host was very responsive via VRBO message as well as text once we arrived.
Be aware that the price you see on VRBO is for up to 6 people, so we booked it, paid, and then the host said he had to charge us $35/person/night for the extra 4 people. So between that and the pool it felt very "a la carte."
