Rude had to request towels that were not rags had to remind staff to clean room after noon time when requested on the way out that morning at 9:30 also there was a disturbance that lasted for hours they did nothing about it awful experience that disturbance was over night ended at 4am no sleep for me

It was a horrible experience staying at Hotel Pacific. I would not recommend it to anyone. We checked in Friday February 14 for 2 nights. At 1030pm a domestic violence dispute erupted outside my room. The chaos went on for hours. Yelling, screaming, baning all night. I called law enforcement around 3am as I felt scared, uneasy and could not sleep. Saturday morning I asked for a refund due to the lack of ordinance, noise control and safety and canceled my second night. Nick Patel apparently the manager was unprofessional, unapologetic and rude, quite frankly. Ive never received such abysmal service. He denied my refund and did not show empathy. I will ensure a google review is completed to alert future customers of their lack of hospitality.

I had no issues. The hotel was quiet and included free parking. I did not eat the breakfast. I was exhausted and decided to sleep in.

Great Stay, Scary Elevator

Clean, friendly and nice location. I love that they exchanged our wet towels in the morning. We left for the day and came back to clean towels. Many places don’t do that anymore. Thank you!! Be careful if you take the elevator to the parking garage. Just as we stepped out a car came zooming in. If we stepped out much farther we would have been hit. Very scary!
