It is what it is.

Good location, not far from Venice beach. Dated hotel that could use an upgrade. Staff was friendly and allowed me to check-in early which was a major plus! Definitely felt overpriced for what you get; but affordable for the local market.

Did not like noise from fridge, continual running noise and drippy water sound. I and some other customers had difficulty on how to use self-serve coffee/water dispenser. Otherwise had nice room, nice view, easy parking, close to eateries so happy with that!

A Total Dump In a Great Location

Very tired facilities: carpet is warped in hallways and rooms (be careful not to trip over it), bathrooms were rusty, furniture broken (cracked), pillows were old and compressed at best (at worst lumpy). Rooms have no noise insulation so our first night we were kept up by a neighbor watching TV at a reasonable volume. The Inn (it isn't a hotel!) lacks amenities like conditioner and body wash and the morning breakfast includes a basket of old, bruised apples. The beds very soft memory foam. The location, on Mother's Beach, is fantastic, however.
