The breakfast was mainly good. Our room was very noisy with the freeway behind the room and the people above us. There is no sound proofing contrary to what may be said. I asked to switch l room after the first night was told there were no rooms with 2 queen beds that were not facing tbe freeway. I would not stay here again.

Positives: Good, clean hotel rooms. Conveniently close to Burbank Airport. Complimentary Breakfast was very good. Negatives: Just beside the freeway so one side of the building is very noisy. Also, parking is pricey and only valet parking is available. Valets are very quick though. Overall - I had a good experience - stayed there for 3 nights.

Overall good stay. Unfortunately the digital room key didn’t work. They provided physical copies luckily. Also, the hotel is charging for valet when valet is the only option. There is no self parking which was inconvenient. This worsened the experience. Also, the door handle of the closet in the room was broken upon arrival. The surrounding area outside the hotel is dirty, noisy, and inconvenient. From the room there are lights and noise from the nearby freeway. The cars would make noise and shine lights as they passed into the room. Making the room switch from light and dark constantly. The curtains helped but they don’t eliminate the car light and noise issue. The cleaning staff is exceptional and the breakfast was good.

It seems like this might be a little older property. There is some wear in tear in the room we stayed in but overall we always enjoy staying at Hampton Inns & Suites

This property would have received higher star rating from me. But, the parking situation is horrible, there is no parking on this property. You are forced to use valet parking. If you want to park your car yourself, you have to find parking down the street or down the block. Horrible set up!
