We must have been in a ADA room, because the door was supposed to open using a hydraulic system that didn't work. It was the heaviest door I have ever opened. The coffee maker didn't work, and the lights went on automatically when you walked by to go to the bathroom, waking up my sister in the other bed. And the beeping of the shuttle every 1/2 hour was so annoying, I hardly slept. The shuttle doesn't come every 1/2 hour as said, and they stopped at the Hilton and picked up 30 tourists with their suitcases. There weren't any seats for them, so they stood in the aisle with bags. When we got to the airport, the driver forgot to stop at Southwest and I had to shout for him to let me out so I could walk back to my stop. But what do you want for a cheap room. It had that going for it. At least I didn't/t pay too much.

The staff at the hotel were very courteous, helpful and responsive. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean but showing signs of wear. The surrounding area is large roads and there aren't many restaurants and stores within walking distance except for large national chains. Not a great spot for sightseeing, but convenient to the airport.

Was not clean. The shower had hairs still stuck to the walls, the drain to the shower was sitting on the outside of the tub when I got there, and when I was standing in the shower it felt like was going to fall through the floor. The shower was uneven and making the loudest sounds, it seemed like there was a hole underneath the plastic of the tub. Also, if you want a jump scare. Try flushing the toliet😂. The ground was so dirty, I HAD to wear shoes. The halls were dark and felt dirty. I don’t know if there was mold in my room, or something. But everytime time I was in the hotel room I had a stuffy nose and had the worst allergies. When I wasn’t in the hotel, this wasn’t an issue. Overall, not the best experience.

Not far from airport and here’s shuttle service. Facility is clean; breakfast a bit costly. I paid $70 for breakfast for 2. If you’re not planning on eating much, McDonald’s is in the parking lot.

I loved the hotel and if I was at the hotel or in the parking lot I felt safe and it was clean. Staff was amazing, room was great. It was close to everything. We were there for a game and felt everything was convenient to get to. When we walked to the circus liquor store there was homeless encampment under the overpass felt a bit unsafe. Would not recommend walking at night in surrounding are.

We arrived 1am to the Holiday Inn due to a late flight. Thinking we’re going to have a good restful sleep was a mistake. There was a loud roar noise the whole night which kept us awake. Initially we thought it was planes using the reverse thrust on landing. It was loud !!!! We complained about the noise in the morning only to be told the noise is from the lift well behind our room. We got a short but abrupt “ sorry” and was told the night receptionist should have warned us. The hotel itself was very average, however they do do a good breakfast. The king bed in our room was fine too. Carpet was very old. Well used and outdated. This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn but probably our last.
