The Hotel itself looked nice outside, parking was very easy, and the stay felt safe However upon our Arrival, the lady on the desk (who was very nice actually) checked us in and told us where our room was; when we got to our room, the bed had dirty spots and dirty towels, and a broken plug on the wall. We went to talk to the lady and she gave us another room that was much cleaner and better in general, honestly my main problem was the fact that some of the people cleaning the rooms were not doing a good job, we also had to make sure that we walked with our shoes around since the first night our socks were dirty from the floor not being mopped Again I appreciate the lady for all that she did to help and help with our accommodation, it was a nice stay for the convenience but you are much better paying more for a better place

This place is really home away from home. The staff is so gracious and professional yet friendly. I appreciate the housekeepers as this place is very clean with all there constant hard work and the front desk for keeping out the problem makers! You ALL ROCK!!!! THANK YOU!!

i came here to visit a family member and saw this hotel on Expedia and all the pictures seemed to me that is was a good hotel similar like a Travellodge but wow...it was nothing like Expedia said it was. The front lady had a protection window with 5 holes to speak through, she was unfriendly. She asked for $20 cash for deposit no cc. She gave us a remote control we had to return or no deposit back. The room was terrible, the walls were half finished, the bed squeaked alot, the heater was an old school wall heater. I felt like this hotel was rundown. The bathroom looked disgusting. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE and Expedia show remove this hotel from advertising it!!!

Beds was moving when you laying down to sleep door lock is not working no service nothing. They didn’t let go us to toilet before we pay deposit but my wife was needed ASAP. Not gonna go to this place ever again.

I had to leave because I quite literally cannot endure the stench of old smoke. The room smells like it was smoked in for decades and I simply could not bear it.

Took us an 1 hour to settle into our room..Tv’s didn’t function properly.We kept going back and forth to change our parking permit in the cold. You can hear the upstairs tenants walking around at night. The morning staff were rude and unprofessional to my fiancé all for a cup of coffee. Hope we get our refund back.
