We really enjoyed our stay here, the suites are spacious and comfortable, the staff is so kind and helpful, the buffet breakfast, was pretty good, except for the parking which was 39 usd extra per night.

Staff are very nice and helpful. This place is super clean. The only thing i am not satisfied is the noise. It is close to a rail road. Train horn is so loud even after 10pm and around 6am, though infrequent. I guess there is nothing the hotel can do for that.

The room was super dusty. I cleaned the table and after one hour there was one layer of dust. All my items and clothes were dusty. Looks like there is some issue with their AC system. We all have allergies. Pathetic experience.

I was forced to pay the hotel parking at the parking garage accross the street from the hotel at a rate of $36.50/day while paying directly only costed $20/ day. Additionally, throughout my stay, the train broke down many times blocking my egress and ingress to the hotel more than 30 min at a time.

Great hotel for family with suites and fantastic amenities. The pool is amazing and so warm, you could mistake it for a giant hot tub. In addition, they also have a huge hot tub! Only complaint is the USC parking which will cost you $38 per night. Watch out for the freight train traffic that can wake you up with gentle but stern horns early in the morning - the hotel does provide apologies and ear plugs!
