Room cleanliness
Room was not cleaned properly. Found some candy wrappers and a water bottle in the garage can in the room. Carpet was very dirty and needed vacuumed. The table had sticky something on it in an area. Don’t think they even wiped it down prior. We should have moved rooms but we were exhausted from a 15 hour flight wanted to go to bed. It was 7am. The front desk offered another room but nothing was available until later in the day. My husband ate at the restaurant and said it was average and very brightly lit like a cafeteria. Probably Would not stay there again.

Great stopover
The hotel provided a very convenient location with respect to the airport, as we were in transit for 1 day. Shuttle service was very convenient, but you have to flag down the shuttle driver at the busy airport. The restaurant, Becketts, had great lunch and breakfast and accommodating servers.

Had a quick two night stay for a business trip. The location is convenient due to its proximity to the airport. The hotel itself is clean and spacious with friendly staff.

Can't Believe this is a Hyatt Regency
This is a Hyatt Regency? Outdated and lacking amenities, and even the basics in the room did not work. Even the coffee maker did not work. The Coffee Shop? Went down for breakfast and it was a cubicle that sold overpriced coffee and packaged food. The girls in the coffee shop were speaking Spanish and saying how bored they were with work...I guess they did not realize I speak fluent Spanish. They were a bit nicer when I responded in Spanish, but just terrible food and coffee. The Valet guys were really nice,,,kudos. I am used to Hyatt Regency's that offer high quality service for guests willing to pay just a little bit more...not this one. Skip it.

It is convenient because it is by LAX, but you do not really want to walk around the hotel. It is a busy spot near LA overpasses, so there is no surprise there. I would stay here again, though, if I was using the airport because the shuttle ran very frequently.

Alexa at the front desk was amazing! The hotel needs more art -or- pictures. Rooms need more storage. The 24 hr shuttle to the airport was nice.
