I know people don’t like long reviews so I’ll bullet point and summarise.
* Quality of apartment is very low. They charge luxury prices but the finish is terrible. Cupboard doors fall off, door locks break, flimsy furniture and appliances
* Felt very unsafe - no chain on door so anyone with a fob could walk in - which they did - without consent!
* No safe to secure belongings, which was horrible as we knew people were coming in whilst we were out.
* Not enough crockery, cutlery, or pool towels for guests.
* Lack of basic kitchen utensils, like a sieve, potato peeler, pyrex cooking dishes..
* Although on the surface it looks clean, i don't think the floor has ever seen a mop and vacuum cleaner to help keep it clean
* Towel quality very poor
* All white furniture, which is all stained, so looks dirty
* Very strict rules about guests and use of balcony! You have to ask them if you can have guests over! And you have to be off the balcony by 10pm!
* Incorrect information given re wifi. The check in email gives one code, the apartment information upon arrival gives different code, and when neither works and you email, they give you a completely different password! Very frustrating and incompetant.
* Very unhelpful management team. I complained about many things and they kept fobbing me off telling me it would be sorted and then it wasn't.
* Terrible TV sound. A TV with no sound bar so the sound is awful.
* The area, although quiet, was nowhere near anything.
