My room was infested with roaches. I was able to get a video to show the front desk. Needless to say, i immediately went to the front desk to advise that i will not be staying at the hotel and requested a full refund. Still awaiting my refund. That is unsanitary...... simply disgusting. Will never stay again

First time saying here it was a last minute booking but glad they had availability for me and my kiddos to stay the only thing I would say they can improve I is having more lighting in the pool are and also towels available because me and my kids had to go back to our room wet we thought they would have towels available. But overall it was okay

It’s not what u see in the picture, the TV wasn’t working and the bathroom wasn’t even water working so I pay 500 for 3 nights I could stay in different areas for that price and cleaners I don’t recommend it
