It's a first-floor unit with a terrace that faces an interior courtyard area so there is not much natural light in this unit. The rental includes a dedicated parking space in a secured garage below the building. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, the South Lake Street shopping district, the Convention Center, and the Pasadena Playhouse from here easily. The property owner is an excellent communicator. We would definitely stay here again.
