dont go here

check in and checkout times are very poor. 11 am checkout and 3 pm check in are atrocious. came in early to try and check in even got a text saying if i need anything to text that number, i stated that my flight was earlier than expected and asked if i could check in early. no reply on the text service. showed up at 1 pm to ask if i could check in and the indian guy at the front desk said no its hard to get a room ready come at 3. like ok buddy guy its not hard at all to ready up a motel room. came back at 3:30pm front desk was empty waited for 10 mins then same indian guy comes back gives me my room keys. no mention of coffee or tea, when i asked he gave me 2 tea bags and 2 instant coffees. there are 3 people. very stingy with that. also the third floor above us had a man and woman arguing and walking around and breaking stuff screaming, all throughout the night till 3am. spend a little more and go somewhere else, lesson learned

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, given room with 1 bed. I was traveling with one of my adult children. I showed them my Expedia receipt confirming my booking. Desk person said their system did not show that detail. Was told I should call Expedia and let them sort it out. They said thaty was the only room they had. Room had dirty towel on bathroom sink. I presume left by cleaning person. there was food in the refrigerator from the previous guest. I would not recommend this place, reality did not match the images shown online.

Staff was welcoming. We made a last minute reservation and the price was super reasonable. Parking lot is secured after 11pm which we liked. Convenience was key, we went to event at Rose Bowl and this worked
