Palm Garden Hotel in Thousand Oaks

Conveniently located off the freeway, with easy access to many different local restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and large, updated bedding, nice shower area, large bathroom vanity area and with nice amenities. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were soft, without being overly fluffy. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool area but the common areas of the hotel were modern and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with hot entrees. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.

The stay in the courtyard upstairs rooms are wonderful. Beautiful garden view and great outdoor heated pool. But the outer rooms on the parking lot feel like a shady motel. The free coffee is terrible and the breakfast needs improving. Staff is helpful.

Best Hotel in Thousand Oaks

We decided to stay at Palm Garden while we were evacuating from the wildfires near our area. All of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to keep our dog with us for the time we had stayed which was very helpful as we didn’t want to leave her at a nearby shelter. Our room was nice and the king bed was extremely comfortable. It helps everything is conveniently located to the hotel. This hotel is reasonably priced which was also helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we will make this hotel our first choice if we need to evacuate.

Lovely locally owned hotel

Very relaxing non-chain owned hotel. Feels like it's family-run. Lots of open space and nice rooms. And it's old enough that it's got some historical vibes.

We had our dog with us and it was so nice because there’s a huge courtyard and pet bags and there were a lot of other pets there. The pet fee was also very reasonable.

The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained I was pleasantly surprised! Beautiful grass and water fountain features peaceful gazebo and dog friendly by a big luxurious pool.
