My husband & I both thought that the wonderful, sweet and lovely (what perfectly done make up!) Irma in the breakfast room was just the best hostess. She was so helpful to everyone there at breakfast and she just exudes goodness. You are so lucky to have her work there.

High Quality Stay

Even though the property is undergoing some Reno, it was perfect for us. The room was huge-quiet, clean and well-maintained. Ease of parking great. The breakfast is wonderful! Had a wonderful time overall. Our front office staff: Marie, Harrison and (a gal I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) were fantastic. And Angie is very nice and a joy to have working the breakfast room. 😀 The walkability to local places is a 10.

Breakfast was well stocked and very good. Angie’s service was outstanding. Bed very comfortable. Smoke detector went off at 5:30 AM due to heat from shower. Just a little sensitive. But it stopped after 4-5 min. Overall great experience

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The stay was actually quiet. Breakfast was good I thought they should’ve had scrambled eggs. Lots of walking distance eateries. I would stay here again

Nothing bad although the bed was a bit hard and they charge $10 day for parking great Peruvian restaurant in shopping mall towards the beach though and it is near the water.

Good value. Older building. Not a 5 star but great customer service fresh towels as needed and nice helpful staff. Breakfast very good we stayed 10 days and no variety the same everyday. Pool/jacuzzi under repair. Business center computer not working. No areas to eat other than Breakfast hours.

2 stars for a reason

Light in room did not always work. I walked into a dark room trying to turn on the light switch. I had to walk over to the bed lamp for light. Then I realized the room does not have a blackout curtain but a then see through curtain. Glad I brought an eye mask as the sun was bright at 8am. The door to the balcony was broken and very hard to open or close. This room should be out of service. I would give them a 1 star but the staff was friendly and nice.

Under construction, hot tub out of service

It’s under remodel, the hot tub was closed the whole stay, which was the main reason we had booked. They were spray painting outside every day. I understand remodels need to take place but I wish we had been told about it before we booked. We’ve stayed here before and it’s gone down hill.
